We help leaders build engagement, retention, and well-being through the power of meaningful work.

Our Work

Our clients are leveraging the science of success to navigate continuous change, build high-performing hybrid teams, and create organizations that will thrive in the future of work.

We developed our groundbreaking Meaning Mindset framework through research at University of Pennsylvania and honed it through transformational engagements with clients such as Microsoft, KPMG, and Viacom.

Our evidence-based approach is grounded in research from cognitive neuroscience, positive psychology, and organizational design. Decades of evidence shows that meaningful work – work that challenges us to grow, provides a sense of community, and contributes to something that matters – is one of the most powerful forces for individual and organizational flourishing.

When employees believe their work is meaningful, they do their best work.

Our Research

Our research findings suggest that nearly 50 percent of an individual’s experience of meaning at work is directly tied to what their leaders do.

The study also revealed specific leadership practices that are highly predictive of meaningful work. Conducted in partnership with psychologists at the University of Pennsylvania and Colorado State University, our research is the first rigorous empirical study to examine how leadership practices influence the employee experience of meaningful work. And that influence is staggering.

Leaders who apply our tools – with any size team or organization – can help their people achieve their highest potential while improving their quality of life. We are offering nothing less than a win-win-win for organizations, team leaders, and employees alike.
